At SoriGem, every piece of jewelry begins with a natural gemstone and a commitment to individuality. From precision gemstone cutting to CNC-milled sterling silver, each creation is made with care, patience and attention to detail.
1. Selecting the Natural Gemstone
Every creation begins with the selection of a natural gemstone. Each stone has its own characteristics, color, shape and potential.
2. Cutting and Polishing the Gemstone
The gemstone is shaped and faceted by hand using specialized lapidary equipment.
The process includes cutting the pavilion and crown, progressing through different abrasive grits, followed by careful polishing to reveal the gemstone's natural beauty.
3. Gemological Certification
Selected gemstones are submitted to ALGT in Antwerp for independent gemological examination and certification.
4. Designing and CNC Milling the Silver
The jewelry is individually designed and machined directly from solid 925 sterling silver using CNC technology.
Unlike mass-produced jewelry, our pieces are not created from reusable casting molds.
5. Final Finishing and Stone Setting
The silver components are carefully finished, and the gemstone is mounted to complete the jewelry.
The result is a distinctive piece that cannot be reproduced exactly.
